²⁸ He spoke kind words to him, and set his throne above the thrones of the kings who were with him in Babylon. ²⁹ Jehoiachin changed from his prison clothes. And he ate with the king all the rest of his life. ³⁰ The King gave him a share of food every day for the rest of his life.
